Road rage can cause you to do crazy things. A Florida man was arrested after he threw pasta with sauce at a person he was angered by while driving.
The victim in the drive-by attack was hit in the “arms, legs, and torso” by Nolan Goins. Goins was involved in a road rage incident, which began over glaring headlights while he was driving near his St. Petersburg, Florida, residence.
“The defendant threw food (pasta w/ sauce) from the passenger seat of his vehicle striking the victim through his open window as he operated his vehicle,” a sheriff’s deputy said.
The 46-year-old was “found with the same food stains on his right sleeve” as the male target of the drive-by attack. Fortunately, the victim escaped the assault without injury.
Goins was charged with battery and booked into the county jail. He was freed on a $1,000 bond.
